What a Day Looks Like

Sunrise
Coffee and breakfast overlooking the ocean while checking the waves.
7am Surf
Surf uncrowded waves right in front of your campsite.

Lunch
Enjoy an early lunch of freshly, locally sourced foods prepared by your guide.

Video
Analyze previous surf sessions’ photos and videos with your guide.
1pm Explore
Explore volcanic landscapes, fishing villages, estuaries, tide pools and hidden coastlines with secret waves.

Siesta
If exploring is not for you, enjoy a quiet siesta or relax in nature.

Surf
Second session, depending on the conditions…ride the same wave or a new one.

Safety
Adventure always involves uncertainty. Our goal is not to eliminate adventure—it's to manage risk responsibly so guests can focus on enjoying the experience. Every expedition is guided with a conservative, safety-first approach based on professional outdoor leadership experience and years of Baja travel.
The Guides
Our guides are bilingual, certified Wilderness First Responders (WFR) and have decades of experience exploring Baja. They are expert surfers who are intimately familiar with best safety practices at each spot we will be visiting.
Equipment
We always travel with a satellite communication device, two-way radios between vehicles and whenever possible remain within cell reception. We also carry extensive first aid kids, extra food, water, and supplies in case of an emergency.
The Region
Central Baja is a pristine, peaceful wilderness, far from the influence of the border towns to the north, making it a safer place to visit.
The Waves
There are multuple surf spots within walking distance, ranging from sand bottom rolling points, to deep water reef breaks. All with no crowds!
Driving
We always travel in Baja with 2 vehicles equipped with 2 way radio communication. We avoid flashy vehicles, and use 4x4 work horses that are meticulously maintained and inspected before each trip.
Camping
We will be camping in a gated state park, a protected natural reserve by the state of Baja California. This place is visited only by tourists and the occasional recreational fisherman.
