3-Day Intro to Outdoor Climbing Clinic

(January 6, January 13, and January 20, 2024)

This 3-part series is built to transition climbers from the climbing gym to the great outdoors. In this series, we will cover important topics like setting up top ropes, anchor building, climbing technique, safety and more. Learn how to plan and host a climbing outing with your friends, try out multiple climbing spots, multiple climbing styles, and get into great climbing shape!

 

3-Day Intro to Sport Climbing Clinic

(Feburary 3, Feburary 10, and Feburary 17, 2024)

This 3-part series is built to take people from top roping to being able to safely lead and belay bolted sport climbing routes. In this series, we will cover important topics like lead belaying, lead climbing, anchor building, anchor cleaning, rapelling and more! Learn how to take on sport routes of varying grades and acquire the skills you need to lead a sport climbing outing confidently and safely.

 

3-Day Intro to Trad Climbing Clinic

(March 2, March 9, and March 16, 2024)

This 3-part series is built to introduce people to the wonderful world of traditional climbing! In this series, we will cover important topics like placing gear, building anchors, route finding, rescue scenarios, and more. Trad climbing can be intimidating, but once you receive the skills and knowledge from our qualified guides, you will be able to confidently rely on yourself in the mountains.

 

What to Expect:

  • 3 rock climbing sessions

  • AMGA Certified Climbing Guide

  • Multiple different climbing spots

  • Full climbing gear

  • Instruction on multiple climbing styles

Location:

All sessions will be held in Los Angeles at Stoney Point, Point Dume, and Malibu Creek SP.

Private Climbing Guiding
Join us in experiencing California’s ultimate outdoor adventure! Rock climbing is a great way to connect with nature and learn to overcome physical and mental challenges. The partnership aspect of rock climbing also teaches trust, respect, and camaraderie. Our certified climbing guides will teach you the basics of safety, climbing technique, and belay skills. Then spend the day climbing toward your goals, whether they be easy or hard! Stoney Point 
Stoney Point is the oldest established climbing area in California where Yosemite legends like Yvonne Chouinard and Royal Robins once honed their skills. It is a rock climbing playground covered with sandstone boulders and several different climbing walls to choose from.























  
  








  
Point Dume
Point Dume State Beach is one of the most beautiful climbing areas in all of California. With sweeping 360 views of the ocean and surrounding mountains from the summit, the reward of getting to the top of this crag is spectacular.
