Your guide tailors each session to your goals, ensuring a safe, fun, and confidence-building day on real rock. All gear is provided—just show up, climb, and enjoy an unforgettable adventure.

Open Group Climbing
Our 2-hour group climbing class is perfect for beginners and casual climbers looking to learn the essentials in a fun, social setting. You’ll get hands-on instruction in gear use, knots, belaying, and movement techniques while climbing real rock with an experienced, encouraging guide. Choose the ocean-side cliffs of Point Dume for stunning coastal views, or the historic sandstone boulders of Stoney Point for classic L.A. climbing history and variety. All equipment is provided—just bring water, closed-toe shoes, and a sense of adventure!

Point Dume
Point Dume State Beach is one of the most beautiful climbing areas in all of California. With sweeping 360 views of the ocean and surrounding mountains from the summit, the reward of getting to the top of this crag is spectacular. With the cool ocean breeze acting like an air conditioner all day, this is a great place to climb during the heat of summer. Top roping is the norm here.
Stoney Point
Stoney Point is the oldest established climbing area in California where Yosemite legends like Yvonne Chouinard and Royal Robins once honed their skills. It is a rock climbing playground covered with sandstone boulders and several different climbing walls to choose from. Top rope climbing and trad climbing are the norm here. We also run anchors classes and rappeling here.
